First-time user of Calm Waters Plumbing, but it definitely won’t be my last! From speaking with the friendly office staff to working with Luke, the technician, everyone provided outstanding customer service. Luke called this morning at 9 a.m. to say he’d be at the house in 12 minutes — and he was there right on time! He looked very professional, then changed his shirt, put on rubber boots, and got right to work. He even took pictures before, during, and after the job and emailed them to me. Calm Waters Plumbing, thank you for repioneering customer service — I’ll be calling you first from now on!
